About Susanne Runion – Flagstaff Massage Therapist

I studied massage at the National Holistic Institute and graduated at the top of my class. I previously worked as a massage therapist and manager of a prestigious day spa in another state. I specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Prenatal massage. My holistic approach enables people to awaken their body’s own innate healing powers.

I have designed every aspect of my business to create the ultimate healing experience.

A long-time practicer of meditation and holistic health, I customize each massage based on the techniques I have learned studying holistic health and wellness for the last 25 years.

For ten years prior to becoming a massage therapist, I worked in the high tech industry but left when I realized it was not bringing enough meaning and fulfillment to my life. It has been my life-long passion to have a career in the holistic health industry.

I am also a Certified Hypnotherapist and specialize in anxiety, weight loss, addictions, self-confidence, relationship problems and releasing past traumas. Click here to go to my Hypnotherapy website.

I recently moved here due to the Pandemic after having a very successful practice for 15 years in another state. I am really enjoying Flagstaff and am excited about rebuilding my practice and life here.

I love spending time in nature, cooking, gardening, reading, and have had a regular meditation practice for many years. When I am not working, I can be found hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, mountain biking, skiing, playing Scrabble, listening to audio books or playing with cats.
